New York State Volunteer Firefighter's Bowling Association, Inc.

The New York State Volunteer Firefighter's Bowling Association was established in 1957. Our Mission is to promote volunteer firefighter camaraderie through the sport of bowling. We sponsored our first Handicap & Championship Tournament in 1958. A designated fire department or company hosts all tournaments at a local bowling center.  Funds raised through raffles and the sales of memorabilia at these tournaments remain with the host fire department or company to help offset their operating expenses. The United States Bowling Congress and the host’s local bowling association sanction all of our tournaments.   

With the holidays a fond memory now is the time to start planning to attend

the 55th annual tournament.

Note: All prior reservations made for the 55th annual tournament will be held until February 1, 2012, as per the posted rules of the tournament.

Applications not received by the above date, at the discretion of the tournament manager, will no longer be eligible for the date, time and squad reserved. Those dates will then be available for other applicants
